Exercise and RA: Move it, Move it

Okay, Rheumies and AI’s…  We know that exercise is good for us! Thirty minutes on the heat pad on the couch feels better…. but heat isn’t always best for inflammation, often ice is the better choice. And getting up and moving is good for us!

Here’s an article from the Arthritis Foundation listing some short exercise videos for arthritis patients. These are good for anyone with chronic pain, so watch, get up and get moving!
